Allow another user to open your mailbox (outlook 365)

From Admin Center

Go to https://admin.microsoft.com/#/users

1. Go to Active Users

2. Select a mailbox

Select Mail tab

Select Read and Manage permissions

Click Add permissions

Search for the username that needs to open this user mailbox

Select the user

Click Add

Done, It will take around 30 minutes to work
